Renewing your Passport!

Instructions for RENEWAL of your existing U.S. Passport

Please Note: You must meet all of the following conditions to be able to renew
your passport. If you do not meet any condition below, please see instructions for a
NEW PASSPORT application.

1--> The applicant must have his/her expired (or about to expire) passport be
  submitted with this application.
2--> The passport being submitted was issued less than 15 years ago.
3--> The applicant was at least 16 years old when the passport being submitted
  was issued.
4--> The passport being submitted is the applicant's most recent passport.
5--> The passport being submitted is in relatively good shape. (Not damaged,
  washed up, chewed up, coming apart at lamination or seams, etc.)
6--> If the applicant has changed his/her name from that which appears in the
  submitted passport, you must also submit original or properly certified
  document to establish that change, such as a marriage license, court order
  or divorce decree.
7--> The submitted passport must not have been a temporary passport; it must
  have been a full term passport (5 or 10 years.)

If you meet the above 7 conditions, gather the following items:

1--> Passport Application:   Click here to fill out Form DS-82 online.
  Fill in the form completely, make a printout and sign it.

2--> Two recent passport photos: 2”x 2”, frontal view, white background.

3--> Applicant’s most recent US Passport.

4--> U.S. Passport Expedite Application Fee: $135.00 + Our Service Charge

5--> RELEASE LETTER     Please call 1-877-727-7767 so that we may help
  you complete this form correctly.   You will need to complete the document,
  print it and sign it.

6--> Proof of applicant’s departure date from USA, such as:
          I. Copy of applicant’s actual airline or cruise ticket; or
          II. Travel itinerary from travel agent or airline. FAX of the itinerary is generally acceptable; or
          III. A letter (on company letterhead) giving applicant’s name, date of departure, and
               the country to which you are going. Address this letter “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN”.

7--> Proof of name change (if any) such as a marriage license, court order, or
  divorce decree, etc. (The document will be returned with the passport.)

  Completion of this form is very important to avoid delays in processing.
