 by credit card online. Please print a copy of your payment receipt and

1 Digital Passport-type photograph required should be uploaded with the

 application form.
• U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Visa Application Form  fully completed and signed
• 1 Passport-type photograph
• Copy of round trip Airline Tickets or Itinerary
• For Non-US Passport holders requires copy of valid status in USA
• Copy of recent Bank Statement
• Copy of Invitation from Host or Hotel Confirmation

• Company Letter of Guarantee - A business letter from your firm, addressed to:
Consulate General, Visa Section.
Explain the purpose of the trip, and guaranteeing financial support for
the applicant while in Nigeria, and return transportation.

• Letter of Invitation from host company
