Requirements for Tourist Visa

• Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Visa Application Form  fully completed online, printed and signed **
• 2 Passport-type photographs
• Authorization Letter  (click on it to print)
• Copy of Airline Tickets or Itinerary( if available)
• For Non-US Passport holders requires copy of valid status in USA

•Proof of Address: Applicants must submit a photocopy with proof of residence

/address while applying for the visa. Photocopy of driver license or utility bill is

acceptable. For minors, a parent or guardian proof of address may be submitted

instead
• Consulate Fee $73.00-six months, $98.00-one yr, $163.00-ten yrs + Our
Service charges

Requirements for Business Visa

• Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
• 2 Visa Application Form  fully completed online, printed  and signed**
• Business Visa Supplement fully completed
• 2 Passport-type photographs
• Authorization Letter  (click on it to print)
• Copy of Airline Tickets or Itinerary

•Proof of Address: Applicants must submit a photocopy with proof of residence

/address while applying for the visa. Photocopy of driver license or utility bill is

acceptable. For minors, a parent or guardian proof of address may be submitted

 instead
• Company Letter of Guarantee - A business letter from your firm, addressed to:
Consulate General of India, Visa Section. Explaining the purpose of the trip,
and guaranteeing financial support for the applicant while in the India, and
return transportation.
• For Non-US Passport holders requires copy of valid status in USA
• Consulate Fee $73.00-six months + Our Service charges

** Persons of Indian Origin (Applicants with US or other passport showing place

of birth as India)

Persons of Indian Origin applying for a visa for the  FIRST time on a US passport

must submit their Indian passport and a completed Renunciation Form.

Print it, fill and sign it, and send it along with the application form and Indian passport  

The Indian passport is cancelled and returned. Submit previous passport containing

India visa to prove that you are not applying for the first time, if appropriate.
