GHANA Requirements for Tourist Visa • Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity • 4 Visa Application Form  fully completed and signed • 4 recent passport-type photographs • Copy of round trip or onward Airline Tickets or Itinerary • Copy of most recent Bank Statement or Bank letter • For Non-US Passport holders requires copy of valid status in USA • Consulate Fee $50.00 for single entry, $80.00 for multiple entry        (an additional $30.00 for emergency service within the same day) Requirements for Business Visa All above Tourist requirements and following: • Company Letter of Guarantee - A business letter from your firm, addressed to: Consulate General, Visa Section Explain the purpose of the trip, and guaranteeing financial support for the applicant while in Ghana, and return transportation. • For INTERNATIONAL SANITARY REGULATIONS all persons entering Ghana are requested to have a valid certificate of immunization against yellow fever. Do not submit your certificate together with visa application form. Keep it and present it at the port of entry in Ghana.
