B) DELIVERY CHARGES

*Deduct $3.20 residential charge if shipment to you is
to a commercial location.

to: PASSPORT AND VISA EXPRESS. You may also charge this
amount to a credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover,

In the case of an application or request being denied by the U.S.
State Department or embassy/consulate, all fees and charges are
non-refundable.
